I recently got the assignment of a LIFE TIME: travel to Aruba, and do a series of stories on why it’s a great place to vacation.
Needless to say, I accepted!
This first night was dedicated to dining.

We started with a bare foot meal at Sunset at the Westin on Aruba’s Palm Beach.

The next day we hit the links for golf, Aruba style. Oliver, the golf pro, explains that they have consistent sunshine 365 days a year, so there are “no bad days”.

Next we talked with Wim, the surf instuctor, who offered to give me a wind surfing lesson.

After giving the water a toe test, I decided to go for it!

In the end, I was awarded a gold star, Aruba style!
